This was either a very wrong number or a spoof.
Since I looked up who it was supposed to belong to and I seriously doubt that person would call little ol' me.
No message, just city and state = generally is a number that is up to no good.
Looked up just the 'street address' and it there appears to be a house for sale. So I'm guessing the last person to have this number along with the house...has both a new house and a new number!
The number could have been gotten from a Hodges Directory. One can only wonder what year!
