They are are market research company. They ask you some questions, then try to get your name and address to send you a "free" $10 gift card for target or walmart and a magazine subscription, but you have to pay "labeling" for the magazine. That's why they don't leave a message, it's a marketing firm.
We got a call from this number yesterday at 7:56 pm and didn't answer. The caller ID was CAPITAL MAGAZIN. No voicemail message was left. Thanks to all who posted information about this number. It will be added to our call blocker.
