Who called from 7327512186

Received 4 calls at 4:15 in the morning saying blue cross.   No one on the line just series of loud beeps before disconnecting

Agreed with the previous comment. It is also leaving voice messages with the beeps.

Every day I receive 3-6 phone calls and fax signals I hear, it's annoying!

Received 3 calls from this number while shopping at Shoprite.  When I answered the third one it was fax noise.  Really?  trying to fax a cell number three times.  Annoying.
