I have gotten calls from this number so many times I've had to block it on my phone. It's only on my phone so I still see when they call, which is at the very least bi-weekly! I can guess...
That is the way I do it also. It gives a sense of revenge. When the Indians call as Microsoft, the one where there getting emails from my pc. I do all kinds things, act real worried 'Oh my God, how can you fix this?' then they say they can fix it and I say I'll turn my pc on. I'm old with an old voice. Then after I get my pc "On" they give me their address to type in, "I type it in" and tell them I'm getting nothing...at any rate in the end I tell them I don't have the internet, I thought they had connected me to it....it's hilarious. They get so anxious only to be screwed in reverse.

At first hesitant to answer, but later after asking her twice who she was, said that she is Ram from FBI. A high pitch, heavy Indian accent. Sensing immediately that this is a scammer, I hang up the phone.
Since the caller is using a cell phone, I think this can easily be traced by the authorities.
15 calls in two weeks. Sometimes I speak to one who is always polite, always, persistent. When asking WHY anyone would talk to a stranger regarding a medical condition, and ask to please do not call, they agree not to. Three call attempts the next day.
