This is RMB a medical collection company. I just called after weeks of calls daily & refusing to answer an unknown number. The lady I spoke to was very nice & answered all my questions. She verified, to my satisfaction, who they were, the reason why, the orig. service date, & the orig. servicer. I legitimately owed for an ER co-payment from late 2014 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in NJ. Thankfully they worked with me & gave $25 on a $100 bal. I'd call them back to at least find out why they're calling you. Just so you know, when you call, you'll hear a recording "press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish". Then they'll ask for account numbers etc. I suggest pressing opt. 3 or whichever connects you to a customer service agent. If you do owe, but can't pay in full, they'll work with you & what you can afford to pay. I hope this helps.
