Trying to figure out who this is. Said they were going to take me to court for unpaid debt (that I don't have).

I think this is just a debt collector. Someone called before claiming something about court but it is a scam. They are not part of any law firm or courts and use it as a tactic for the debt collection.

Give your state attorney general a call.  They are making illegal threats and claiming to be an attorney is also illegal.

Definitely going to do that and report the number. Thanks!
