Name showed up as B. Bouck.  When I answered the phone it was one of those places that robo call people to tell them their car warranty has expired and they could offer a deal.  I hung up immediately as soon as I recognized the spiel.

Called my honeypot number, didn't leave message.

Called my cell phone. I answered but did not speak. Nobody on the line. I noticed that Whitepages.com has twenty-seven spam reports for this number.

The fake caller ID # generates the "All Circuits Busy" message.  The robo call left no voice mail.
