This stupid caller at one point claimed they were the FOP (fraternal order of police) wanting a donation.
Also, asked them not to call again.  A lot of good that did, they call on a daily basis.  That should tell
you they are scammers.  DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL.  IT IS BOGUS.  A total waste of your time.
