Real process servers do not warn you that they are coming. It is typical of callers like this to refuse to give any company information (a violation of the FDCPA) when requested (or mumble the name).
I received the same call. When I called her back, she claimed that I owed money on a payday loan, which I do not. All I could understand was williams and associates. The number is still active. I've called her back afterwords and hung up after she answered.
