Caller asked for me then long pause said wait for representative and hung up

This number keeps calling me every week or two for past 2 months.  I say hello and there's a pause then I get hung up on.  Whitepages won't say who has the number, just a business in Livonia Mi. I put them on the reject list now. They never leave voice mail nor answer if I call back.  Very annoying.
