This number called me 32 times in one 24 hour period. I called back to ask if they would please take me off their list. After 23 calls from me to them, I was told I needed to pay $50 to get off the list or sign up for a $50,000 loan. I was called a " fat, ugly, black gorilla, and that I should go kill myself". Needless to say, I was off the list for an entire three days. Here we go again.
Robotic-sounding male voice, wanted me know that my household was eligible for a 1,000,000 prize. There were delays between my speaking and his response. When he asked if I would mind if he asked a few questions to see if we qualify for the prize, I asked, What kind of questions?" His response was, "No." When I said, "I think you're a robot." After a delay he chuckled and said, "Sometimes I can get a little robotic." I imagined a computer interface that allowed some sense of interaction with a live person. I'm 69, and when I answered, "No" to his first qualifying question, "Are you between the ages of 18 and 68?" He spewed a pat response about my not qualifying at this time, but they may call me again in the future. Caller ID showed the number as the name, and the number again as the phone number. The number tests to be from Livonia, Michigan.
Interactive computer voice "Amy " wanted to ask me a few questions. Could not respond to comments outside of what was anticipated in it's program, so it repeated its initial opening statement. ( I said "it's a wonderful day, how are you?"). I couldn't have any fun with it so I hung up.
Called me three times in a row for months every day. Always ignored them. Sometimes a voicemail was left saying "Hello?" and then call center noises until they disconnected. Finally answered, someone sounded like as if in a call center, really loud. Asked them to stop calling. They still won't.
