I received an email (not a phone call) from AIL (subsidiary of Rumbuc) and this is what it contained:
Your online resume has been forwarded to us and we are very interested in speaking with you regarding it. Unfortunately, we did not receive a good contact number to reach you at. Please give us a call at (734) 281-4177 on Monday between 9 am and 4 pm to schedule an interview in our Taylor Office.

I contacted the number and the woman who answered the phone said interviews were being conducted tomorrow (2/25/09) and she had two times available for me to choose from. No information was given on the job description I was being considered for. I was just told to bring my references, resume, and to wear business attire. I have found other bad reviews for this company, but it was listed under a Troy phone number.
Hi there. I received that same email and no phone call as well. I know that my phone number is clearly written at the top of my resume, so I found it odd that it claimed I did not supply a sufficient phone number to be contacted at. I also found it odd that no information about the company or the position was disclosed.
Did you end up going through with the interview?

I just got the e-mail and something didn't look right about the my phone number wasn't listed correctly on my resume. I don't think so.... Interesting. the number to call is 734.281.4177, to set up an interview, on tuesday between 8-9am. I'd like to know if anyone does call/go for it. Takes all kinds of people, especially when your unemployed. What would they gain from that?
I just got two e-mails right in a row from Denise Ward. Also said my phone number did not "load" properly.
I don't know what they are trying to pull, but it HAS to be a scam. No company in their right mind would not tell you the position and company so you can review them before you went into an interview.
I'm not going to call or give them a second more of my time.
I just received the same email today from Denise Ward. It is a 734 area code number, which is Ann Arbor area. Just last week I updated my Monster.com profile and uploaded a new resume, and this is what I get. There is no way this is a legitmate thing-beware!!!!
