girl messaged me from craigslist telling me to text her, since she sent a number i actually thought she was real... until i looked up the number on reverse numbers.. turns out its a landline. how can you text a landline? in any case, i decided to do it just to see what happened. after texting the number, an automated message sent, saying please send back the pin we send you in order to text this phone. but if you text it before they send the pin, ANOTHER automated message is sent with a pin offering ring tones for $9.99. then another message saying please enter pin to message this persons phone. i.e. if you enter the pin, you will be charged $9.99 for ring tones that you wont ever receive. big time scam coming from michigan. beware.
