Most phone companies, U.S Cellular for one, are not alowed to supeona your phone records. I don't care if you get 100 hang up calls a day. If you call them and tell them you are getting hang up calls from a restricted.pvt. number, they will tell you that they can't do ANYTHING due to privacy laws. So I contacted the local police and they will tell you not to anwser the phone, or have it blocked.but they are NOT going to supeona cell records for annoyance calls. They have more important things like traffic arrests, drug arrests, etc. They wont go through the troubles of prepaid or spoof cards either. MOST police departments wont.To much time and effort.
I got the same call in October. Just left a message saying he needed energy because someone was trying to kill him. I've received a couple of calls with him just saying he wants energy work. Last one was yesterday. When I phoned the number it went to a Sprint voicemail. I live in Utah.
I, too, have received phone calls from this person. I found this information when I did a reverse phone lookup:

I called Sprint customer service and told them I had received harassing phone calls from this dude. They took down the information and I told them that I discovered others who complained about this number. They suggested that I also call my carrier to report the incident because some carriers will subpoena the information from the related call and charges pressed. He may not live in Michigan just because the cell number is linked to that location.
I called my carrier which is the number he calls. They took down the information and blocked his number so I won't receive calls from that number anymore. They also suggested that I call my nearest police department and register the complaint with them. This way, they will be able to press charges.
I suggest that anyone who has received even one call from this number, take the following steps:
1. Call Sprint (his carrier) at 800-927-2199 or 866-866-7509 and file a complaint.
2. Call your carrier and file a complaint. Have the number blocked, if possible. They may subpoena his records and press charges.
3. Call your local police department and file a formal complaint.
If enough people take action, perhaps this will be stopped.
This guy called me twice in Nov. See above notice posted 17 Nov. '09. He called again yesterday, 1/31/10. I suggest all we Reiki practitioners send him healing energy! Change our thinking. Maybe he needs us to help him. I'm going to do that today.
How peculiar! I am in upstate NY. I am also an energy healer. Am I famous now? I will follow the steps suggested above. But with called ID, I just won't be picking up. Something like this happened some years ago and I also found messages like this about that person. That time I was advised to go to the FBI and I did. They weren't very interested but it was an interesting experience for me and a written record is filed somewhere. This is across state lines, isn't it?
