I have been getting way too many calls/texts from this number and it is driving me nuts. He doesn't even make sense especially when he talks by talking in riddles and using philosophical terms. He also talks randomly about anything and sounds like a big creeper. He sounds drunk/high when I do talk with him. When I tell him to stop bothering me, he just blows up and makes a big issue over it.
