Yes I got a call from this #. A laughing chick told me that she wanted me to take a survey. I ask her what it was for and she giggled uncontrollably and said I don't know how to explain it to you. But if you answer a survey of 4 questions you can recieve $1,000 in food coupons. I told her no that I was ok and I hung up! Sound like a silly scam to me!
