WHAT A FRAUD! Lady calls and asks to speak to my spouse, who was not home. Claims she is with the "Medicare Agency" and must speak to spouse to get them enrolled. Gives a call-back number in FLORIDA - 561-717-7077 - when asked why the number is different that the caller ID [which was a Michigan number], states they go through switchboards all over the nation to make "local" calls. Upon an hour of investigation, I discover this is a conglomerate of insurance companies calling themselves "Medicare Agency Insurance". They sell supplemental insurance to Medicare in all 50 states. Fine. But don't call and say you are with a government agency - what a bunch of crooks! I called their main 800 number and was told they use local caller ID numbers SO YOU WILL ANSWER YOUR PHONE. Enough said - BLOCK THE CALL & report to Department of Justice, do not call list.

Multiple calls for multiple days. Haven't answered because I figure if it's important, then they'll leave a message. They never do and i can't answer when they call because im teaching. I feel harrassed and frustrated.
