With my new acct. next thing I know, $90 taken out of my acct. I had to switch everything and cancel my old acct, debit cards, savings, all of my hisband's info, etc. they still call saying I'm up for "renewal". I now hang up and don't say anything
Called back and greeted by automated message. If you hit option three they say they'll remove your number after two business days…we'll see how that goes
Called asking for my wife Credit Card to "verify our account" before canceling "an automatic renewal" of one of the random magazines that just gets sent to her unwanted. But they also said they didn't have our number, so how could they verify what we told them?
