they keep calling my cell and im on the do not call list!!!! they need to QUIT calling me!!!!!!

I receive 4 calls a day from this number. If i answer the call it's a voicemail urging me to press option 1 to receive trivia text for a chance to win $50, 000. When you stay on the line for a person, you get disconnected. When you call the number back it does the same thing. This is extremely annoying since i have no way to block the number.
