This man said his name was Michael Peters.  He needed me to quote him to paint a house. I looked up property records and the house is for sale and not in his name. He said he has owned the house for 12 years.  Then went into taking a credit card payment and charging extra on the card to help him out.  So he wanted me to pull out the extra cash to send to his lawyer.
