Yes I just did not a voicemail left.

Calls once or twice a week. Never a voice mail. I use mr. Numbers on my cell to hang up on it now and they still keep calling.

I tried texting it. It's a land line.

it is Garden City Hospital collections department. I answered then hung up !

I answered and a recording says, "This is not a sales call, please hold on for the next available person."  I hung up, figured it was from Garden City Hospital, I received a bill from them a week ago. They've changed to a private hospital.
