The caller identified themselves as RG Financial and informed me a suit was being filed against me to garnish my wages. This is from a debt from Cash Call. They were included in a bankruptcy but they continue to try to collect from me.

I received a few of these calls, returned the call and only got voice mail. What can be done to make them stop calling? We are not in dept to anyone, and not in litigation either. This is so obviously a scam. I just want them stopped.
If you google them you'll see they are from San Jaun, Porta Rico, and in chapter 11.
Called and lied about sending me all sorts of letters regarding owing money from a loan I apparently took out 8 years ago. My husband answered and they told him my ssn, etc which I think isn't allowed. Said they would sue me if I didn't pay within the hour.
Oh, and caller said she was some sort of lawyer. Also a lie.
