Who called from 7345133522

This number is supposedly disconnected if you try to call it back to say "do not call me"

Same problem.

Someone called me by name, when I asked who was calling he hanged up

Answered phone, no one would answer back, finally just hung up.  But there was someone on other end of phone.

Received call but of course no message.
