Why would anyone have to e mail you about a lawsuit you are planning? Where are you going to serve them? In order for a lawsuit to happen you need an actual name and location for this company. Further, prepare to get tons of spam e mails to that address.
IF YOU DONT CALL IT BACK THEY WILL JUST KEEP CALLING YOU AND IF THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER THEY WONT KNOW THAT UNLESS YOU ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL THEM BACK TO ADVISE THEM SO. THEY WILL REMOVE YOUR NUMBER IF YOU ARE NOT WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR.
Got another phone call yesterday (6/17) its been at least a month since they'd been on my caller id, turns out they were trying to reach my old roommate who moved out in a huff 18 months ago with no forwarding address or information. The message states its the law office of Donald Conrad, but when you call back its the law office of Jim someone. Sounds like another fraud company to me.
Call back the Law Office they sue on many accs, and Garnish wages. They love people who neglect their calls because they get to charge outrages fees, call back to make arrangements!!!!!!
