Not a clue who this is, someone with a thick FOREIGN ACCENT that claims to be from some U.S. department or another.  But says that he/she is serving me for something.  What they don't say however is for what and when I get my day in court (of course if this was legit).  Since I know that no one from the U.S. department of anything is going to call and tell me that they are "serving" me via phone...into the reject call pile this goes.  BTW these people are asking for me by my maiden name, which I have not used in quite some time, so I know it's garbage.
