A person by the name of Michelle was calling from ITC asking who our shop manager was. I asked what it was concerning she stated "department of motor vehicle". She stated her name and company again and I asked what ITC stood for and she said it was a construction company is the shop manager available. I put her on hold to research her number and company name but nothing showed up. Went to pick up her line to say we weren't interested and she had already hung up. During our conversation I could hear TONS of people talking in the background, clearly this is a cell center. Most likely a telemarketer, which our company does not deal with cold callers.
