I don't know what this is, we don't answer it, all it says is Michigan call.  We are in Monroe, Michigan

This number called, hung up after 3 rings,  I called back, some company trying to assist people going back to school.  I have asked the not to call again, but then I receive calls about the same thing from a different number.

They called me on Thanksgiving. So rude!
