Searched the number on the web and it appears to belong to ACD Telecom, Inc. a telemarketing company near Ann Arbor, Michigan. Seems to be associated with Expert Financial Services - but I am not sure
person told me that President Obama had just signed new legislation saying that any credit or mortgage company could collect your financial information and post it online. They did that with mine and said that they could lower my mortgage payments.

Just received a called from 734-686-5444 and it was a recording stating that obama had signed in some kind of mortgage debt relief..... Press 1 if you have interest rate higher than 7 or 8 percent. Press 2 if you are behind on mortgage. Press 3 if you owe more on your home than it is worth.
I hung up because to me this is a scam....... Why and how do the people get by with calling when you are on the No Not Call Registry???? What ever happened to I will call you if I need you!!!!
All numbers are registered on the National Do Not Call List. What is the purpose of registering your phone numbers if you still receive solicitation calls?
Did not answer because the number has been reported as a SCAM. I suggest everyone get a Panasonic answering machine that has the "call block" feature, after the first call by an unwanted number you just transer the number into the "blocking memory" and they can no longer call you. The only limitation is that it can only store 20 numbers and that is really not enough!c8t7
