"Joe Collins" for a "veterans" organization . . . He repeated himself (which made me think I must be talking to a real person OR the "tape" was restarting???) After his second time, I just hung up. Assuming this is a farce, he/THEY should be ashamed of themselves!

I received a call from a "Joe Collins" from or for the "American Veterans Association" on Oct. 13, 2015 at 4:54pm. His phone seemed very remote and he kept saying, "Hello, hello." I hung up. I pressed *69 to see who called me to get his phone number, but the *69 program stated that his phone "was marked private or out of the area."
I am on the NO CALL national registry and have an unlisted phone number. I receive 1-5 unsolicited calls (most of them obvious scam and/or shady) every day.
