Keeps calling about a warrant on someone

Called again but left no message.

Called a few minutes ago asking to verify address in order to serve legal documents by local Sherriff's Dept to a Roger James.  Told him no one by that name didn't live at the address and never has. (I never gave the caller my address). He said he would prosecute me for fraud and hung up!
