Called three times in an hour this morning. No answering machine on bit on caller I'd as Carleton, Mi. Ridiculous to call three times in one hour on a Saturday morning
Caller ID said "Michigan Call". I didn't recognize the number or area code, so I let it go to the answering machine. They didn't leave a message. I Googled the number & the first result identified the number as originating in Carleton, Michigan & a registered user of that site had reported it as a spam number 6/20/14 @ 6:14 pm. So, it appears to be a new scumball scammer making the rounds.
We live in south-central Michigan. 734 is our local area code. We didn't answer ... it was a recorded message asking about our TV provider, although that may have simply been to get their proverbial "foot in the door." I just added them to our blocked caller list (we have a Panasonic phone that allows 250 numbers to be blocked).
I don't know this number, never answered it and didn't leave a message. If it is spam glad I didn't answer. If I don't recognize any numbers I don't answer them.
