Caller from 734-821-5188 to our place of business said his name was "Charlie Crow" from "TNS" and to be assured that he wasn't selling anything. He spoke quickly with an accent. Said he wouldn't take up a lot of my time - he just wanted my opinion on the phone system we use. I told him he had reached a switchboard and I couldn't help him. Then I hung up.
I usually don't answer unless I know them via caller ID. SSI usually means Social Security Insurance. The guy was from company unknown to me and wanted me to take a short survey. I hung up. The day before I got a call from SSI at 734-821-5189 that a search showed was also not Social Security. I consider these calls spoof IDs. Luckily. the real Social Security would leave a message.
