first I received a call saying I was being sued for bank fraud for taking out a loan I never did so I blocked the first number and now this number is calling. I feel this is harassment and want to change my number
Senex Services, collection agency. They disclose personally identifiable information to anyone who answers the call. Seek an attorney for assistance is pursuing a legal suit against this company.
I answered but never acknowledged who I was. I don't have any outstanding debts so no idea how they got my number or even why they are calling. I hung up on them but did go check my credit. They posted some random debt amount that I owe and that's an outright lie. I will have to call a lawyer to stop these people but it makes me angry that I have to pay a lawyer to protect my credit when my credit is otherwise clean. This makes no sense to me AT ALL!
Called twice within a couple of days, first time caller id showed '367' for the number so I blocked it. second time caller id showed 734-823-4890. I recognized the callers voice and he asked for Melisa. Hung up, blocking again.
