Yep, Dilbert aka CashCall aka Western Sky. Most state have sued Western Sky. Even with successful suit in Oregon from State Attorney Gen’l Office and Consumer Protection Dept they continue to harass after original loan amount repaid. Log all/any further calls and report to state officials if you’ve paid back the funds and they will not cease hassling you. They are calling from caller ID numbers from numerous states, likely all forged numbers other than California where they are based.
Delbert Services for Western Sky/Cash Call loans. Western Sky ceased operations in September of 2013. I had a loan with WS that was immediately transferred to CashCall. Delbert Services came into the picture around the time Western Sky ceased. I will be sending Delbert a cease and dissect email in the next day or two. I had previously contacted them regarding the legality of this loan and the interest rate that they were charging. Original loan amount was for $2500.00 ($2425.00 deposited in account due to loan fee) and over the course of 2013 I repaid over $3000.00. Theses loans are illegal in most states and this company knows that. Make sure to file complaint reports with the FTC, State Attorney General, and the Consumer Protection Bureau.
Somehow these jack-wagons have my work cell number and ask for someone I have no clue who it is . Have told them repeatedly that I am not the person they are looking for and the continue to call 7-8X a day. Never had nor need a loan form these jerks. Have now contacted the states AG office and in process of filing a complaint.
