Who called from 7349532794

I received a prank call from this number.  The person making the call is Angela Wellbaum.  This person uses these numbers to some how call so it is untraceable.  When I called it back it rings and then sounds like a fax machine.

Received multiple calls from what the caller ID reports as a pay phone at evenings. When the phone is answered, there is no one there.
