It's Toyota Financial Services calling you to ask you to make your car payment.

They won't leave me alone, I owe two car payments from 2009 when I got laid off, Cannot catch up due to low paying job. Cannot do high paying job because of two surgeries. I have made all the other payments on time and continue to do so. I do not answer the phone because I become enraged do to stress problems and health problems.I have explained this to them over 78 times and now they cal lmore then ever, I had to turn cell phone off to avoid  a temper tantrum. wHEN i GET MONEY, OF COURSE i WILL PAY THE TWO MONTHS, BUT CANNOT AT THE MOMENT.Sorry for caps, have a nice day.

Last year I helped my ex wife who was being evicted from her place. It made me fall behind by about three weeks on my payments. I have been unable to make an extra payment to get ahead. They call me like I am leaving the country with the money 3 times a day. I am currently 8 days late and have had 15 phone calls. It is useless to answer as it won't stop the calls... I think them and Verizon have the same collection policy... I get 3 phone calls and 2 texts a day and I am 5 days late. Yes I am behind but I pay every month same time.

It is Toyota and I have fallen just about 32 days behind on partial payment and they send me a repo letter.

Direct any complaints of improper, deceptive, and unfair business practices to the CFPB. Trying to find the headquarters BBB report for Toyota Motor Credit Corp is impossible but then you're dealing with California's BBB's!
