Received call at 3:02pm on 4/7/14 to our veterinary hospital front desk from a female named Stephanie, using the above number. She identified herself as from Mariano's, saying they were "looking at featuring a local animal hospital and wanted to see if we were interested". Call goes back to a number with voice mail attached but identified as belonging to a Stephanie.
Received call today from female claiming to be from a Mariano's grocery store in Chicago. It's actually a Michigan telephone number. Asks if I want to advertise at the store. I said no, we ended the call.

Female identifying herself as Stephanie Maynard with caller ID reading same, asking for me (my first namme) and wanted to know if I had anything to donate to Purple Heart. I said no and she said OK then call ended.
