I answered this call since for me it's a local number. It was a little hard to understand the caller, but I believe the gist of the conversation was that he was returning my call asking for college enrollment info. I told him I hadn't asked for that, and asked him where he got my number. He insisted that he got it from a request that I'd made. I hung up on him.
