Claimed to be from Stoutsville area and wanted to offer a cable/tv bundle upgrade.
I said no thank you and she was very polite and she told me to have a good day. Very quick and easy conversation for a sales person.
Robo-dialer. Caller ID "says" from 'Roseville, Ohio' with the number 1-740-214-8000---take that with a grain of salt. I don't answer numbers I'm not familiar with and they've NEVER left a message on my machine; ergo it can't be that important.
Robo-call claims to originate from "Roseville, Ohio". Leaves no message but calls up to 4x/day. The calls are UNSOLICITED & ILLEGAL telemarketing pitches for Direct TV/Dish TV installation packages.
Constant calls to our machine regarding Dish & Direct TV packages and installation. Apparently out of southern Ohio area. If you return their calls left on your caller ID (1-740-214-8000), you will have a 99.9% chance of getting their recording expressing how much your call means to them and you'll then be forwarded to the next available rep. You will continue to hold until a male voice comes on and introduces his company, he'll direct you to a non-existent website, and then you'll find they do not empty their voicemail inbox. In other words, you CANNOT get back with them and they will continue to call your home relentlessly. Even appear to have an active Facebook page. What blows my mind is that we're on the gov's Do Not Call List (and you know how effective that is) and these guys just cold call, day after day, ignoring all and any federal laws, regulations, or consequences for doing so. I guess they haven't been properly reported and/or fined yet by doing so, either luck or just not caring to be fined.
