I have been receiving this phone call 4 to 5 times a day I don't know how long now. I take care of my elderly Mother and have had a funeral to go to Saturday, and when I came home there must have been 5 calls from this number. I am not interested. I don't need the aggravation and I am on a program with the city I live in. PLEASE CAN'T SOMEONE BE ABLE TO STOP THESE PEOPLE FROM CALLING. If I don't answer they just hang up. I assume that it is from a person trying to get me to change to Dominion. Which I already have.

It is not Dominion. It is some company that is trying to make you think it is Dominion, and they are trying to scam you. Only scammers call so many times per day. I do not know the name of this company. They leave prerecorded messages and they also hang up. File a complaint with website FCC.gov or call them
FCC Phone: 1-888-225-5322. You can also report the call to Do Not Call at FTC.gov website. Eventually they might do something if enough people complain.
