They've been calling my home daily for the past four days. I never got a response from them after picking up the phone. My phone's Caller ID identifies them as: "ENERGY".
energy, act like they want to verify your duke account number, i asked what number they had? he got arrogant with me. i asked to speak to a supervisor he hung up on me. have called 5 timesin 3 days...i have asked several times to take me off call list they get smart with you for that too! they harrass you like crazy, i want to report them, but to who? ya try to call them at that number, and the number dosen't work...i am getting more angry by the minute
