Called and left no message. I called back and pressed '1' to speak to a live rep. I asked what insurance company it was and she said they represent several including Nationwide and Geico; and that they are located in Ohio. I informed her I had reported their number to the National Do Not Call Registry as a scammer and they were not to call my number again. I gave her my number, repeated about the DNC registry and said "DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR?" She said 'yes' and I said, "DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M SAYING? I'M TELLING YOU I HAD BETTER NEVER GET ANOTHER CALL FROM YOUR NUMBER! Thank you." and hung up!
