Automated message to "lower your credit rates" as others reported. I pressed 1 as there was no option to remove my number from their list. Actually got transferred to a live person.

Me: Please take me off of your list, this is a cell phone
(Woman with American accent): No.
Me: No?
Woman: No.
Me: I'm sorry, are you refusing to take me off of your call list?
Woman: [Hangs Up]

Got two missed calls from this number, one minute apart. A voicemail was left that didn't have anything being said, just about 3 seconds of silence.

Called 4 minutes ago. Didn't answer. No message. Blocked number on cell.

Called my cell at 5:00 A.M.!  A gazillion colorful names come to mind for people like IT!
