i got the same call from Austin reed about a cash loan that i owed 2250 and he send me to account recv to speak to a Christne Johnson about the payment .I am so glad something told me to check it out .They had me once i spoke to a Michelle Morris before about a previous loan and i paid i should of checked more into it.Is that i was so scared when they said they were going to arrest me i got 3 kids i have to take care of but now i feel more comfortable reading this i will ignore there calls.
Thanks for ur kind replies, i reported to consumer and file complaint with the phone no and name, but what will they do? I even pay $25.00 for consumer to call them and see what will they do for me. will update, thanks for being kind to post, and i think we should post up here to let everyone know, did she use her name michelle morris? and i think the police should do something since not only me, and really harrasement and scary, if someone do believe it, ends up . will pay them, and i paid before, i got so many calls before, but my boss reported to the police, it stopped for a while and now came back again, i am sure it will never stop and please let everyone know, and how to stop these people. they have no right to scare and harrase people like these. I still feel frighten as i dont know when they called, and they have all these informations and seems like real, they even yell at my boss or coworker last time, now i am unemployed, can i suite them as well as they really bothering my workplace before.
so after u called ur police dept, what did they do? is this the same no i post up? they didnt call me these two days but how do i know if they wont call again and say u will be arrested with sheriff police within 12 hours and be ready, is this really harrasement and police can do something about it?did u ever file in a real payday loan? what can real payday loan do?May GOD bless us as we are innocent people, and we knew we never own them anything, but they got all our file and case no but cant provides any paper work
why are u paying them? how much are u paying them? if u pay once, i think difference scammer will call u like me, and it's going to be nightmare and endless, like samatha said, all we can do is to file police reports, now they knew we report to the police, they will use difference big name to call u like federeal government, sherrif police dept, and with ID no, becareful, that's the way they make ur employer believes u owned money from someone and in trouble, but if they claimed they are payday loan, then they knew they will not get any calls back, but really i think government should do something as they are using government name as well to harrast people now.and say be ready u are being arrested within 12 hours.
please call 877-700-5790 they will help u to call them back but i dont think it will help unless u change the phone no, but if u are still working in the same place, they might keep calling ur work there.
I just got a call from these same people. The number they called from registered as unknown. The caller identified herself as deputy Barbara price. She threatened me with arrest if I didn't call violet Watson at 740-996-1943, x1717 within 12 working hours. She also told me to turn myself in at my town's police precinct, or they will come and arrest me where I live. Total scam. Indian accents, fake American names. I'm going to ignore them. I'm tired of being harassed. Sorry you are all suffering, but glad I can share this experience with others in the same situation. Chin up, everyone. They'll get caught!
