I got one on my cell phone as well.  Guess they are targeting cell phones.  I don't mind answering unknown calls on my land line as playing games with them if fun but if they call my cell they get dead air.

Expired warranty, left automated message. Blocked the number. So tired of these calls.

calls, leaves no message. don't answer.

Called my cell which I never use. No message left. Blocking number now.

I was busy, so I let voicemail catch it. They left no message, but showed 0:07 voicemail which was empty.
