I received the same message August 11th it was the same wording as reported by Will. In the past year I have received the same message from at least a dozen different phone numbers and area codes. There should be an easier way to stop please who terrorize me and anyone else that has to listen to their message. If anyone answers, you can hear many voices in the background trying to get the same information from others as they want from you. There's got to be a way to stop this!

There is, perhaps with a call blocker or app, depending on your phone. Take note, another way takes time, patience and tolerance, and may not be possible if you're unable to completely miss calls. If you can without missing any emergencies on a landline, turn off an answering device and let your phone ring. Pretty soon, you may be able to get them tired of bothering you. If they're able to leave messages, they're liable to keep trying.
