Caller ID reads "FOODFORTHEPOOR". They leave no message. Food for the Poor does do telemarketing (according to their website).
I call after hours (using *67 to block my number). I hear "No routes found. We're sorry your call can not be completed at this time. Please, hang up and try your call again later. Thank You" Then it hangs up.
So they don't seem to be able to be called back. Smells like a SCAM.
If you are inclined to give to Food for the Poor, check out their website and do it that way rather than through a telemarketing call. That way 100% of your donation goes to them and not a scammer or at best a hired-gun telemarketer who annoys you and will take a likely substantial chunk of your donation.

What good is the National Do Not Call Registry? I get at least one call from Florida every day. I block each one and the next call is from a different number from Florida. I do the same with calls from Michigan, at least once a week. I re-registered my phone and still have constant calls from unwanted numbers. How can you stop this?
Fact: The Do Not Call list is NOT a call blocker!
The DNC list is a LIST, subscribed to / purchased by legitimate telemarketers, so they know who NOT to call
Fact: Scammers and spammers ignore the DNC list. Many use "war dialers" to quickly dial phone numbers. After all, phone numbers are just numbers, and are no secret!
Fact: The DNC list does not apply to NON-sales calls, such as political calls, charities, debt collectors and businesses with which you have done business with during the previous 18 months.
Fact: Spam callers can be blocked by getting a real call blocker. Google is your friend.
