I got one of these too...There was a mechanical sounding voice in the initial voicemail message, which I thought was suspicious...I called the number, and a gentleman with an accent, not the female voice answered...He said, "Blah blah blah...There's a case against you..D o you have a lawyer?" I said "No...What is this about? I don't owe any tax...I'm on a fixed income...I'll call Social Security and find out...I will mention this number and location!".He answered "Good luck in court" and hung up...After that, I called back, and I get "Number not available"...Have reported this #...

I called him out and he cussed me up one side and back down the other. Then moved on to my mom. So... I called him back 15 times in less than an hour using different names and accents. He's since either figured how to block my blocked number, or deactivated his VOIP line.
