I got a call from 754-207-1880 on July 12, 2016 at 12:53 pm.  I did not answer and the caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Out of area."  What legitimate business uses "out of area" for their ID?   Don't legitimate businesses use their real name for their ID?  I would think so.  I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years.  I guess there is no way to stop this harassment.
