In my opinion, this caller is a harasser. They use a mass of phone numbers from 1(754)208-4419 to 4447 thus far. Most-likely a con-artist using some kind of primitive auto-dialer software from multiplexed phone system looking to scam personal information from unsuspecting people. This firm, unlisted in public records, enjoys phoning EARLY in the morning to disrupt your sleep patterns ( harrassment ) in violation of UCC laws EVEN IF DEBT COLLECTOR. Then after you pick up, the caller sits silently and waits for you to hang up. This could be a crap SPAM auto-dialer program also and too many people are being called at-once and picking up the phone with too few CREEPs sitting behind all these calls to handle the response - that's why someone NEVER picks up and you sit listening to silence like you are being STALKED. It's creepy.
I have filed a criminal complaint with the FBI for investigation from both electronic stalking and unsolicited/harassing DEBT collecting practices. I am especially concerned because I am a Federal Officer, so these could be terrorists checking to see if I am home. My information is private ( redacted ) which is a MAJOR security concern to both my family and I. We have beefed-up our security profile as a result.
I have also contacted the FCC with a complaint, and engaged a civil lawyer to sue this entity EACH AND EVERY time they call for $11,000 per-call. The FBI is assisting my civil law attorney with identifying the source caller(s) and supoenas will start flying. Their resulting inordinate legal defense fees should put them out-of-business. I have also forwarded my concerns to the State AG's office for criminal investigation. This should keep this creep busy for quite a while.
They have been ADVISED IN THE PAST "DO NOT CALL". Yet, they keep calling. It will stop and they WILL PAY civil and criminal penalties. In the meantime, just keep blocking each incremental extension they use to harass you. By the way, I have ZERO outstanding debts, so this cannot be a debt-collector.
ENOUGH ALREADY. If you'd like to join a class-action lawsuit against this entity contact the FBI and identify who you are. with proof of calls harassing you too ( West Palm Beach Office ).
